I appreciate her attempt at illuminating the scenario, but the situation was still very wrong. If anything, this article has helped redirect my misguided anger. I’m now more angry at the US federal government than United, but still quite pissed at United.
I also would be interested in knowing if Canada has a similar contract of carriage laws. Will do research on this when not busy or hungry or angry.
